The original 2 year warranty will be extended to 3 years from the date of purchase (extra 1 years). The warranty covers both parts and labour against manufacturing defects. It does not cover, accidental damage or misuse. The extended warranty does not cover transportation costs. Please remember, if you haven't already done so, you need to register your dehumidifier at Ecoair Product Registration

Once you have purchased your extended warranty, we will provide you with a email confirmation of your extended warranty number (EW). Please make a note of the EW number and your serial number on the dehumidifier, this can be found on the rating plate on the rear of the unit. Both numbers are unique identifiers and should be quoted in all correspondence or telephone calls.

The warranty includes parts and labour and must be bought within 1 year of purchasing your dehumidifier.
