Horses with sensitive sides are particularly prone to resisting the spur, swishing their tails or even kicking. In order to be able to offer an aid that helps both horse and rider, the fairRider spurs in cooperation with Matthias Bierotte have been developed.

Unlike normal spurs, fairRider spurs do not have a single point of contact. Instead they have a rounded, softer shape. This creates a wider contact surface with the horse's belly, which in turn ensures a more even distribution of pressure. In many cases it has been shown that sensitive horses find this more comfortable, are happier and more accepting. The smooth, wide surface is also kind to the coat. Say goodbye to chafing!
