Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 1L ist eine grobe Schleifpolitur und innovative Maschinenpolitur zur schnellen Aufbereitung stark verwitterter Lacke, zur Beseitigung von tiefen Kratzern und zur effektiven Entfernung von Lackiernebeln und Anschliffen bis 1200er Körnung.
Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 ist die Weiterentwicklung des beliebten H9.01.
Heavy Cut 9.01 erzeugt durch das extrem homogene Schleifkorn einen äußerst hohen Cut bei sehr gutem Glanzgrad.
Diese Schleifpolitur lässt sich bei geringer Staub- sowie Spritzentwicklung extrem lange polieren ohne einzubrennen und ist perfekt abwischbar.
Bestens geeignet für alle Lackarten (sowohl weiche als auch kratzfeste).
Schleifgrad: 9,0
Ganzgrad: 6,0
Anwendungsgebiete:
Lacke an PKW, Nutzfahrzeuge, Motorräder etc.
Anwendungsempfehlung:
Mittels Rotationspoliermachine und Lammfell-Pad (bei Anschliff 1200 - 2500) oder Heavy Cut Pad (bei Anschliff 2000 - 5000) im Kreuzgang verarbeiten.
Schleifpolitur bei mittlerer Drehzahl und mittlerem Druck verarbeiten.
Eine bestmögliche Oberfläche wird durch Nachpolieren mit Micro Cut M3.02 erzielt.
