Das Arena Training Kickboard ist aus auftriebsfähigem EVA-Schaum gefertigt und hat spezielle Grifflöcher für verschiedene Handpositionen. Dieses vielseitige Schwimmbrett wurde für Wettkampf- und Fitnessschwimmer konzipiert und lässt sich als Schwimmhilfe oder beim Krafttraining einsetzen. Alternativ kann das Arena Training Kickboard auch wie ein Pullbuoy zwischen die Oberschenkel geklemmt werden. Dann fungiert es wie ein Schwimmkiel und sorgt dadurch für Stabilität.     Anyone who has facial psoriasis will tell you there are not a lot of products that you can put on your face without irritation or flareups. This soap is just what I needed. There are no irritating chemicals or perfumes in this soap. I have read other reviews that the soap does not last very long but there is a way to use it to make it last. First, I wet my face and then I wet my fingertips and rub my finger tips across the dry bar of soap and then lightly rub my face with my fingertips softening the plaques and then lightly wash with a soft cotton washcloth. It is not really moisturizing but not over drying either. I follow up with an organic vegetable-based glycerin oil to moisturize. This is the best product I have found yet.
