Sole d'Agosto — Augustsonne — ist die zugänglichere der beiden Bukkuram-Abfüllungen von Marco de Bartoli. Während der Padre della Vigna in die Tiefe geht, setzt Sole d'Agosto auf frischere, fruchtigere Aromen. Ein Passito, der die Hitze und das Licht von Pantelleria im August einfaengt.

Zibibbo von den Vulkanterrassen Pantelleria, teilweise am Stock, teilweise auf Matten getrocknet. Kurzere Trocknungszeit als beim Padre della Vigna — das ergibt einen frischeren, weniger konzentrierten Passito. Der 2022er ist jung und vibrierend, mit einer lebhaften Säure, die den Süßwein erfrischend macht.

Leuchtendes Bernstein-Gold. In der Nase reife Aprikose, Orangenblute, Honig, Jasmin und ein Hauch Minze. Am Gaumen süß und zugleich lebhaft — die vulkanische Mineralität und die Säure halten die Süße in Schach. Weniger opulent als der Padre della Vigna, dafür frischer und zugänglicher. Zu Obstdesserts, Mandeltorte oder einem frischen Ziegenkäse mit Honig.
