Herstellung aus regionalem Getreide aus letzter Ernte durch die Rätze-Mühle, einer der ältesten Mühlen Sachsens (seit 1772)

Unser Typ 815 Roggenmehl hat einen typisch kräftigen Geschmack, ist leicht zu verarbeiten und gut verträglich. Hervorragemd geeignet zur Herstellung von Mischbroten- und brötchen, sowie as Backzutat für herzhaftes Gebäck.
Der Roggen stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
