Der Ferrari Maximum Brut Rosé wird aus Trauben gewonnen, die innerhalb des spektakulären Ferrari-Weinguts angebaut werden, aus Ländereien, die über die verschiedenen Gemeinden des Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra und Valle dei Laghi im Trentino verstreut sind. Die Cuvée enthält 30% Chardonnay und 70% Pinot Noir, die in der ersten Septemberhälfte von Hand gelesen werden. Nach der klassischen Herstellungsmethode für Schaumwein reift das Produkt mindestens 36 Monate auf ausgewählten Hefen. Der Wein zeigt sofort eine elegante altrosa Farbe und eine anhaltende Perlage. In der Nase ist der Duft zart mit einem Hauch von Hefe, der durch die mehr als dreijährige Reifung in der Flasche entsteht, und Empfindungen kleiner roter Früchte, die typisch für Pinot Noir sind. Im Mund gibt es eine süffige Weichheit, reichhaltige Aromen und eine faszinierende Vinosität. Die Aromen von Himbeere, Walderdbeere und Veilchen werden im Abgang von Anklängen von Brioche begleitet. Exactly what I wanted. Exact quality thickness and sturdiness. Only small downside is they're coated in a wax like substance and stick together so you have to pry them apart and if you microwave something, it tends to meld together and also stick into the bowl. But I still love them especially the price.

My paper bowls of choice.

I have been a return buyer of these bowls and amazon basics plates, as they are sturdy and well made, even for liquids. I think there is a generous quantity for the price. I use for my to go meals on the way to work, so I dont have my whole kitchen accumulating in my car. They are good sized and you can fit a decent serving. Will keep buying.
