Dido Rosat 2022 ist ein herausragender spanischer Rosé aus der Montsant-Region, der aus einer Cuvée von Garnacha, Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Gris, Tempranillo, Macabeo und Cariñena besteht. Nach 16 Monaten Reifung in Holzfässern und Amphoren vereint er Mineralität, Komplexität und Frische, ohne schwer zu wirken. Mit 94 Parker-Punkten für den Jahrgang 2021 wird er für seine elegante und charaktervolle Note gelobt. Produziert von den talentierten Winzern Sara Perez und Rene Barbier Sohn, wird er aus biodynamisch bewirtschafteten Reben ohne Pestizide hergestellt. Ein Muss für Rosé-Liebhaber!
