Biegefestigkeit
Die Forststiefel sind auf extreme Belastung ausgelegt. So werden im Prüflabor die Sohlen nach einem genormten Einstich 30.000 Mal abgebogen, ohne dass sie mehr als 4 mm einreissen dürfen.
Härtetest
Die Stahlkappe muss standhalten und der Fuss darf nicht verletzt werden, wenn der Fall eines 20 Kilogramm schweren Gewichts aus einem Meter Höhe simuliert wird.
