Trotzdem war Blake ein Künstler von europäischer Bedeutung - mit faszinierenden Parallelen in der deutschen Kunst, die im Angesicht vernichtender politischer Krisen neue Weltentwürfe schuf, allen voran Philipp Otto Runge und Caspar David Friedrich. Der Katalog präsentiert die epochemachende Dimension von Blakes Werk und zeigt den Künstler als wahrhaften Europäer, obwohl er Großbritannien nie verließ. WILLIAM BLAKE (1757-1827) war ein englischer Dichter, Zeichner und Drucker. In London geboren, machte er eine Lehre zum Kupferstecher und studierte kurz an der Royal Academy of Arts. Zeitgenössisch wurde sein sehr individuelles und visionäres Werk oft abgelehnt. Blakes sich allen Stilen entziehende Arbeiten prägte die Verbindung von Bild und Text, für die er die Relief-Radierung erfand.

Great paper good price

This is a solid everyday paper option that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The packaging was good—everything arrived in perfect condition with no bent corners or damaged reams. It’s nice not having to deal with warped paper right out of the box.
Printing quality has been consistent. I’ve used it for both home and work printing, and it feeds smoothly through the printer without jams. The brightness is good too—text comes out clear and sharp, and colors look decent for standard copy paper.
