Unsere Kartuschenpresse für 230 mm Kartuschen (Standardgröße) bietet maximale Flexibilität im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Kartuschenpressen.

Statt zwei verschiedene Pressen für unterschiedliche Dichtmassen zu benötigen, reicht hier eine einzige. Durch die integrierte, verstellbare Kraftübersetzung lässt sich die Presse optimal an das jeweilige Material anpassen:

  • 9:1 Übersetzung für weiche Dichtmassen wie z.B. Silikon oder Acryl
  • 16:1 Übersetzung für harte Materialien wie z.B. Montagekleber

Dadurch kann die Silikonpresse mit wenig Kraftaufwand für die Verarbeitung weicher als auch harter Dichtmassen genutzt werden.

Zusätzlich ist der Nachlauf einstellbar:

  • ohne Nachlauf: kein Nachtropfen nach dem Absetzen
  • mit Nachlauf: schnelleres und durchgängiges Arbeiten

Die Kartuschenpresse verfügt außerdem über einen Haken, um sie zum Beispiel an einer Leiter aufzuhängen.
