Absatzkeile (Heel wedges) sind nützlich, wenn: 

  • Deine Füße beim Gehen, Laufen oder Radfahren nicht einer geraden Linie folgen. 
  • Du eine Fehlstellung des hinteren Fußes hast. 
  • Du kleine Abstufungen zwischen den 2620 Fußgewölbehöhen schaffen möchtest, um den Übergang von einer Fußgewölbehöhe zur anderen zu erleichtern. 

 

Eigenschaften:

  • Eigens in die Fersenschale der Ortheseneinlage 2620 integriert.
  • Das Set enthält 6 umkehrbare Varus-/Valgus-Fersenkeile (nach außen/innen) in drei Höhen (1,5 mm, 3 mm und 4,5 mm)
  • Nicht stapelbare True Wedges. Bei der True Wedging Methode bleibt der Nullpunkt des Keils unabhängig von der Höhe des Keils konstant.

 

Nutzen:

  • Korrigiert leichte Pronations-/Supination Ausrichtung der Ferse.
  • Verstärkt das natürliche Außen-/Innenabrollen (Pronation) des Fußes, ohne Ungleichgewichte in Knöcheln, Knien oder Hüften zu verursachen.
  • Korrigiert seitliche Unausgewogenheit im Vorfußbereich (die Zehen zeigen nicht in einer geraden Linie in die Richtung, in die du gehst).
  • Erhöht schrittweise die Kraftübertragung.

Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
