Kleine Helden (1. Edition) von Pegasus Spiele ist ein spannendes Kartenspiel im Fantasy-Genre, bei dem Spieler Gruppen kleiner Helden steuern, um in taktischen Kämpfen gegeneinander anzutreten. Jeder Spieler beginnt mit einem magischen und einem nicht-magischen Helden, die mit verschiedenen Waffen, Rüstungen, Zaubern und Tränken ausgerüstet werden können. Das Spiel kombiniert strategisches Handkarten-Management mit Würfelglück, um Angriffe und Verteidigungen auszutragen.

Die Spieler führen reihum Aktionen aus, wie das Ausrüsten mit Karten, Angreifen oder Karten nachziehen, und versuchen, die gegnerischen Helden zu besiegen. Die Kämpfe zeichnen sich durch die Kombination aus Heldenwerten, Ausrüstungsboni und Würfelergebnissen aus. Ziel ist es, als letzter Spieler mit einem lebenden Helden übrigzubleiben. Ergänzt wird das Spiel um optionale Spielmodi, etwa kooperative Szenarien wie Drachenjagden, die gemeinsam gegen das Spiel gespielt werden.
