Unsere Kreation "Petros" ist eine Hommage an einen der bekanntesten Vertreter dieser Vogelart:    
Es ist der Name des rosa Pelikans, der zunächst von einem Fischer gerettet und aufgepäppelt wurde.
Anschließend lebte er fast dreißig Jahre lang in den Straßen und Gassen der griechischen Insel Mykonos, ließ sich von Menschen aus aller Welt streicheln und füttern und wurde schließlich zum Maskottchen der Insel.
"Petros" ist eine Hommage an den wohl bekanntesten rosa Pelikan, der zunächst von einem Fischer gerettet und aufgepäppelt wurde.
Anschließend lebte er fast dreißig Jahre lang in den Straßen und Gassen der griechischen Insel Mykonos, ließ sich von Menschen aus aller Welt streicheln und füttern und wurde schließlich zum Maskottchen der Insel.

Nach seinem Tod im Jahre 1986 stifteten Jackie Kennedy Onassis und auch der Hamburger Zoo der Insel Mykonos Pelikane zum Fortleben dieser schönen Tradition.

This is an excellent movie made by one of Scorsese's assistants on Taxi Driver. Combining factual detail with highly stylized excerpts from Mishima's writing, the movie seeks to explain the enigma of this well-known Japanese author. Mishima was a prolific writer, an actor, ran his own private military academy, and in his early forties attempted to bring back the emperor and Bushido to Japanese society. Anyone familiar with the Mishima story knows things ended badly, with Mishima committing traditional Japanese sepuku. The music by Philip Glass adds great dramatic enhancement!
