Vorbild: Zwei Einheits-Personenwagen Typ EWIII der Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB/CFF/FFS). Ein Großraumwagen Bauart A, 1. Klasse und ein Großraumwagen Bauart B, 2. Klasse. Kieselgrau/Blutorange Grundfarbgebung des Swiss Express. Zuglauf: Genève–Lausanne–Bern–Zürich HB. Wagen-Ordnungsnummern 2 und 12. Betriebszustand ab 1975.

Modell: Komplette Neukonstruktion der EWIII-Wagenfamilie. Mehrfarbige Inneneinrichtungen. Beide Wagen mit serienmäßig eingebauter LED-Innenbeleuchtung. In jedem Wagen ist ein Pufferkondensator zur Überbrückung von kurzfristigen stromlosen Stellen eingebaut. Ausgestattet mit trennbaren, stromführenden Kurzkupplungen. Die Innenbeleuchtung funktioniert im Verbund mit dem Speisewagen aus dem Set 42190, die vorgegebene Fahrzeugreihenfolge ist dafür einzuhalten. Typspezifisch gestaltete Drehgestelle, Dachformen, Seitenwände und Unterböden mit vielen angesetzten Details. Pufferhöhe nach NEM. Separat angesetzte Lüfter, Griffstangen, Steuerleitungen und Trittstufen an den Drehgestellen. Aufgedruckte Wagenlaufschilder und Ordnungsnummern. Jedem Wagen liegen zwei ansteckbare Überführungs-Stirntüren bei, die beim Vorbild für Überführungen angebracht wurden. Zudem liegen beiden Wagen je ein Schiebebildsatz mit vier weiteren Betriebs- und Ordnungsnummern bei. Zusammen mit dem Set 42190 kann durch Verwendung von fünf Ergänzungssets eine vorbildgerechte 14-teilige Garnitur dargestellt werden. Beide Wagen einzeln verpackt in zusätzlicher Umverpackung. Befahrbarer Mindestradius 360 mm. Länge über Puffer ca. 56,6 cm.
