Bedingung dafür ist die beste Lage, die sorgfältige Auslese von den besten Weinstöcken und der optimale Ausbau mit Herz, Gefühl und Verstand.Vinifikation: Die Trauben stammen von unserer besten Riede Holzspur in Tattendorf. Pro Stock bleiben nur wenige Trauben, um die optimale physiologische Reife zu erhalten. Nur die besten Chargen kommen dann aufgeteilt zu 50% in neue Barriquefässer und 50% 2. Füllungsfässer und reifen dann für 18 Monate. Erst nach dieser langen Reifephase werden alle Fässer ausgekostet und nur die besten werden für diesen Wein verschnitten.
