Die Kugeln werden nicht nur in Handarbeit frei geformt, auch die Bohrungen in welche dann per Hand die Steine eingesetzt werden. Durch die hochwertige Nickel-freie Brisur aus 925/000 Silber ist sichergestellt, dass es zu keinen unangenehmen Körperreaktionen kommt. Das Anlaufen des Silbers verhindern wir mit einer feinen Rhodium Schicht. Es entsteht ein feiner Weißgold Effekt.

Übrigens werden alle unsere Silberschmuckstücke rhodiniert, Silber oxidiert, wenn es dem in der Sonne enthaltenen UV Licht ausgesetzt wird. Es wird mit der Zeit schwarz-grau und verliert seinen Glanz. Rhodium ein Platinmetall, verhindert dies dauerhaft.

The pepper grinder looks nice and initially functioned well as expected. However, as at least 9 other reviewers have noted experiencing, within 2 weeks of purchase and after very minimal usage, the black retaining ring around the grinder cone & adjustment knob just fell out when I was using the grinder, which was disappointing and indicative of poor design or construction for this part. After some research & experimentation, I was able to pop the ring back into place using needle-nose pliers (you just need something hard and narrow to push and flex the ring a bit, not necessarily pliers). I'm hoping that this is not a harbinger of other problems to come. Otherwise it's a nice grinder.
