Mittelstarkes Vlies, das als temporäre rückseitige verstärkung für unelastische Stoffet.

Tear-A-Way Fast & Easy ist ein temporärer Stabilisator, der als Unterlage für die meisten gewebten Stoffe verwendet werden kann. Die leicht strukturierte Oberfläche hilft, den Stoff zu halten und die Bewegung während des Reifens zu reduzieren. Fast & Easy Tear-A-Way-Stabilisator wird aus recycelten Baumwollfasern hergestellt und ist damit eine umweltfreundliche Alternative zu herkömmlichen Tear-A-Way-Produkten. Dieses Vlies lässt sich sehr leicht entfernen und hinterlässt nur sehr wenige Faserrückstände, selbst wenn mehrere Schichten verwendet werden.

Verarbeitung

  1. Schneiden Sie ein Stück Fast & Easy Tear-A-Way-Vlies zu, das groß genug für den gewählten Stickrahmen ist (Grösse des Stickrahmens plus mindestens 2-4cm an allen vier Seiten).

  2. Spannen Sie Stoff und Vlies zusammen und ziehen Sie sie im Rahmen straff.

  3. Legen Sie zusätzliche Lagen Fast & Easy Tear-A-Way-Vlies zwischen den Stickrahmen und die Maschine, um Designs mit einer hohen Stichzahl zusätzlich zu unterstützen.

  4. Nähen Sie die Stickerei.

  5. Entfernen Sie das überschüssige Vlies durch vorsichtiges Reissen.

  6. Wenn mehrere Lagen verwendet werden, entfernen Sie eine Lage nach der anderen, um ein Verziehen des Stoffes und/oder der Nähte zu vermeiden.

The side of the right side of the jacket has thread already coming apart. And I found a little snag in a different location. I'm really not happy about that. I posted photos so you can see what I mean. We were excited about this suit, but it's going back. The company needs to do better with quality control.
